They are hot-dip galvanised and their ease of cleaning makes them compliant with health requirements.
What’s included:
- Reinforced frame ⧄ 90 mm.
- Baulk gate with blocking, which can be opened at the centre, baulk opening up to 180°.
The baulk slows down the animals before closing the neck bars.
The two sides of the baulk can also be opened to 90° by moving the remotely operated opening handle away from the stops of the upper guide.
- Collapsible neck bars in open or closed position.
- Removable extension arm at the top to tie up the nose of the animal during tagging, shearing operations, etc.
- Spring-assisted handle for adjusting the neck according to cattle breed and age.
- Non-slip chequer plate exit threshold.

Headgate designed for intensive use with large animals.
It is widely used by farmers with meat and dairy breeds.
Can be mounted onto both mobile and fixed assemblies on standard posts at the end of the race, fastened directly on flanges or clevises.
Centre-to-centre-to centre distance of 948 mm to fit directly onto the crush or race.

Equipped with:
- 1 pneumatic cylinder for opening and closing the front baulk.
- 1 pneumatic cylinder for blocking and releasing the neck holding system.
Pneumatic supply with a pressure of 5 bar.
